Full circle…Belfast to Dublin, Day 14.
Well we have now come full circle. Seems like we were planning for this trip forever and now it’s coming to a close. We traveled back to Dublin for our last day and checked into The Trinity Capital Hotel which was an eclectic and cosmopolitan hotel. So much to look at here. They let us check in early so we were able to drop off the luggage in the room and head over to Trinity College where the Book of Kells is housed. Absolutely beautiful artistry! We were then able to head into the Long Room…WOW!
We went outside and it was raining torrents! Good thing we had our umbrellas! We headed over to Grafton street and ducked into McDaids for a pint and a whiskey to dry off with. :0) We were hoping it was going to let up but to no avail, so we headed back to the hotel to dry off. We headed to the Cafe Cairo bar where we ended up staying as the rain was coming down in sheets and going sideways at some points. We were happy and dry watching it from the other side of the window. Kind of bummed we didn’t hit one or two more things, but by this point we we just plain tired. Flying home in the morning…. :0(

What a beautiful place. Amazing pictures…
Thanks my friend!
