My Nephew Shawn was married today…to Sarah. As I post the photos I realize that I’m feeling nostalgic for the past. Has time passed this quickly? Have I missed a decade somewhere? Nope, I’m just getting older. My nieces and nephews have seemed to grow up before my eyes. Grown up enough to where some of them have their own babies. I just never realized that with the passage of time, you look back at your youth and think I can’t wait to get married and go on a honeymoon, and well live the rest of our lives together. Not ever realizing that our time was almost 20 years ago.
I see my parents who have been married for over 50 years, and my husbands parents for over 60 years and I must say that I am truly blessed. What once was, and forever shall be……LOVE.
